How ReelEstate started
ReelEstate started as a side project. After finishing an intensive Community Manager certification at Cadschool in Lausanne, I was already experimenting with AI, and I'd been watching AI video models improve for a while. Real-estate video tours looked like a niche AI was about to get very good at, so I built a five-hour pilot just to see what was possible.
I showed it to Wiam Firouzabadi, who teaches the Community Management & Brand Content module at Cadschool and runs the Lausanne agency Vojood. His reaction — genuine excitement, not politeness — is what pushed me to take it seriously. I started reaching out to agencies around Lausanne, which led to a project for Rive Droite Immobilier, a luxury real-estate agency in Geneva.
That project came out close to perfect. It also taught me the real lesson: a custom, one-off video for a single listing takes too much time and too much technical skill to ever scale. To make the economics work, I'd have needed to charge several hundred francs per video — at that price, most agencies are better off just hiring a videographer.
So instead of selling custom video projects one at a time, I started building ReelEstate: a self-serve platform with the most user-friendly interface I could design, covering every feature a real-estate professional actually needs to market a listing online.
Audacity.lol was actually the first app I ever built, aimed at helping people network more easily at bars, festivals, and networking events. What I learned building it — from product design to what makes software genuinely easy to use — is a big part of why I could build ReelEstate into the most complete, most user-friendly AI software for real estate.
Background
Before ReelEstate, I worked in multimedia design, video production, and marketing communications for agencies and companies around Lausanne — web design, video editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects, graphic design in the Adobe suite, SEO, and social strategy.
One of those projects was 123kiD, where I was brought in to build the whole stack — multimedia assets, video, motion design, social ads and SEO campaigns. Organic traffic grew 2,637% over 24 months.
I hold an AP Degree in Multimedia Design & Communication and a Marketing Management diploma from Business Academy Aarhus in Denmark, and completed the authorized Adobe training course in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign at FutureCompany, also in Denmark, plus certifications from HubSpot and Google. I work in English and French, with working Danish.
What I work on today
Day to day, I work on the product itself — the editor, the AI pipeline, the overall experience — and I keep close tabs on how fast AI video and voice models are moving, so ReelEstate keeps pace with what's actually possible rather than what was possible a year ago.
